1. I don’t want to share any personal information. How can I register?

You can choose to submit non-personal information during registration. However, please note that the email address you provide should be valid. This is required for account verification and to access features such as persona management and password recovery. You can keep your other details minimal if privacy is a concern.

2. I get a ping error when entering the EA Nation section within the game.

If the error message says Latency Check: Failed to ping a minimum number of sites then the game is unable to ping the ping endpoints.

• If you are using Linux, ensure that SELinux is not blocking ICMP ping messages. Temporarily try it again with disabled SELinux.
• Otherwise, try to restart your computer, and ensure that your network access allows you to the ping the endpoints.

3. I cannot register. It says that the submitted data are invalid. What should I do?

If you're encountering issues with registration, make sure that:

• Your email address is in a valid format (e.g., user@example.com).
• Your password is at least 6 characters long.
• Your email address and password only contain alphanumeric characters, or special characters like + - _ . and  @ .
• Your persona name only allows alphanumeric characters _ and - as well as inner spaces.

Check your entries against these criteria and try again. If the problem persists, please contact us on Discord for assistance.

4. I used to be able to connect to the multiplayer, but I cannot connect anymore after I deleted my persona. What should I do?

If you've deleted your persona and are now unable to connect to multiplayer, you may need to reset your local game profile. Here's how:

• Delete your local game profile from the game’s directory.
• Create a new local game profile and attempt to connect again.

This should resolve the issue and allow you to reconnect to the multiplayer servers. Let us know if you need further help!
